Shipping Policy

We want what arrives at your door to feel like it was worth the wait. Here's what to expect:


Praise Mail (monthly subscription):

  • Shipped via USPS
  • Shipping is free
  • Delivered during the first week of each month


Praise Prints:

  • Shipped via FedEx
  • Shipping is free


Apparel & Physical Products:

  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on package weight
  • Arrival within 10–14 business days of order confirmation
  • These items are produced individually once ordered and enter production automatically, often within a few hours of purchase — please see the note on one-time orders in our Return Policy for what this means for changes or cancellations


Shipping area:

  • We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand shipping internationally in the future — thank you for your patience as we grow.


Delays & tracking:

  • Tracking information (if available) will be provided by email once your order ships.

  • Doxology Praise Mail is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has left our location, but we're always glad to help you track down a shipment that seems lost — just reach out through our Contact page.
