Welcome to Doxology Praise Mail, LLC ("Doxology," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, placing an order, or subscribing to Praise Mail, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
- Who We Are Doxology Praise Mail, LLC is a Christian faith-based company offering a monthly Praise Mail subscription along with related products including Praise Prints, apparel, and digital goods.
- Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase or subscribe to our services.
- Products & Content All content provided by Doxology — including devotional material, reflections, prayers, and any reference to Scripture — is offered for personal spiritual encouragement and is not a substitute for pastoral counsel, professional advice, or your own study of Scripture in community with your local church.
- Orders & Payment By placing an order or subscribing to Praise Mail, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method according to the billing schedule described in our Cancellation Policy. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. Subscribers may manage or cancel their subscription at any time through Manage My Account.
Individually produced items (such as apparel and other add-on products) are sent into production automatically shortly after purchase and generally cannot be modified or canceled once this process begins, as described in our Return Policy and Shipping Policy.
- All Sales Are Final As outlined in our Return Policy, all purchases — including Praise Mail, Praise Prints, apparel, and digital products — are final sale. Damaged items are addressed under our Report of Product Damage policy.
